Order Processing

All Cavo Dept products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders
