Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.
As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept return for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personalised or custom products
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect please contact us within 14 days of delivery at xevelinakx@gmail.com with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
